    How can I join Analogue+ Member?

    To join our Analogue+ Member, simply spend a minimum spending of $88 on regular-priced or promotional items in-store or at analogueplus.com.

    You are ready to start shopping enjoy your member's perks after you have received the welcome email. Analogue+ membership is personal to the Member and is non-assignable and non-transferable.

    How long will it take for the membership to activate?

    For the membership, it will take up to 3 working days to activate. Once the membership is ready, you will receive a welcome email with your e-card.

    Is there any expiry date for the membership?

    Analogue+ Member is a LIFETIME membership and therefore, there will be no expiry date.

    How can I redeem my member's 5% OFF discount?

    For in-store (VivoCity #02-10)

    Simply present your e-card or let us know your name/ contact number at the cashier to enjoy the member's perks*.

    How can I redeem my birthday e-voucher on my birthday month?

    For in-store (VivoCity #02-10)

    To redeem your $10 birthday perk** at our store (VivoCity #02-10), simply flash the e-voucher with unique promotional code to the staff at the cashier.

    For the unique discount code, kindly check your email during your birthday month. If you have not received the email in your inbox, kindly check your junk/ spam mail too.

    Can I combine the 5% off member discount with my birthday discount?

    No, the birthday discount cannot be combined with other promotion such as the member's 5% off discount* and can only be applied solely on one transaction.

    How does free local delivery works?

    When you make a purchase above $200 in-store or at analogueplus.com, you can enjoy free local delivery (2 - 4 working days)***. Only applicable to delivery in Singapore. All deliveries must be fulfilled within a month, unless out of stocks.

    How can I update my mobile number or email address?

    To update your mobile number or email address, please send email to hello@analogueplus.com to update your contact information. The changes will take up to 3 working days to process.

    Ordering and delivery

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

    We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

    It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://analogueplus.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

    If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@analogueplus.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

    Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    Why has my order been canceled?

    We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel.

    Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end.

    We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.

    If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@analogueplus.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

    If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    Can I alter my order?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing your order. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

    How much is the delivery and shipping?

    Purchase your items online and collect them at your preferred Analogue+ stores, or simply get delivered to your doorstep (only applicable to Singapore region). Learn more about our delivery and click & collect here.

    *Note: From 1st March 2021, you can bring your own bag or we will charge $0.50 each for a reusable woven bag with every purchase in-store or at Online store.

    You will receive an email (within 1-2 working days) once your order is ready for collection at your preferred retail store. Please collect your order within 7 working days from receiving your "Ready for Collection" email or text message.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.

    In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Exchange & Warranty

    Can I exchange an item?

    Thank you for shopping with us. Items are exchangeable within 14 days of purchase but strictly non-refundable.

    EXCHANGE

    Analogue+ accepts exchange to be made within 14 days of purchase from Analogue+ VivoCity and A+ Online.

    Customers will not be entitled to an exchange if:

    • they had damaged the item; or

    • the fault is caused by misuse; or

    • any damage done to the item while trying to modify or repair it themselves or through a third party; or

    • the packaging of the item have been opened and used; or

    • simply changed their mind and no longer wanted the item for whatsoever reason.

    Any exchange of merchandise must be

    (1) in the original condition and packaging,

    (2) the original receipt (physical/ electronic) must be presented for any exchange either on print or on any mobile device. 

    To initiate an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can advice you on the necessary steps needed to take to perform the exchange. 

    ANALOGUE+ reserves the right to reject any requests for exchange that does not fulfill our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever.

    How do I exchange an item?

    My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@analogueplus.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

    Does the product comes with warranty?

    You are entitled to limited warranty, unless specified, when you purchase from Analogue+ stores or Analogue+ Online and it will be warranted by the local service centre to either repair, replace or exchange of the defective product during the periods from the date of your initial purchase. 

    For any faulty unit and it is within the warranty period, you will be advised to proceed to the service centre for assessment. Please bring the following items:

    (1) the copy of your receipt (physical or digital copy) as a proof and

    (2) packed them properly along with the original packaging, accessories and manuals.

    Please note that the following condition will not be applicable for warranty: 

    • any normal wear and tear;

    • any defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorised repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed;

    • use not in accordance with the documentation;

    • damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used; and

    • all acts of god.
